USE-IT PARIS
A map created by young Parisians destined to young travelers.
Where to find the map?
Get your map in the city
We are very sorry but all 18.500 maps were distributed and no more maps are available in Paris for now.
Nonetheless, we are actively working on a new version of the map and we hope to be able to deliver it in 2025.
If you are currently living in Paris (or its suburbs) and you want to help us create the next map, feel free to email us at
use-it.paris[at]gmail.com ! ;-)
Order a USE-IT Paris map
We used to send maps in exchange of a very small fee covering the expedition costs but this option is not possible anymore (till the next version !)
The last solution for you to get the map is to download the pdf version. It is unfortunately not respondive but still available for you to try!

For better tourism in Paris
Optimizing crowded areas
Last year, 12 million tourists visited Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, and another 10 went to see the Sacré-Coeur. But how many of them ventured into the 19th arrondissement of Paris?
The USE-IT Paris map will encourage young travellers to move away from the city center, thus allowing a better social mix.
Promote small businesses
In 2017, tourists in Ile-de-France spent € 114 on average per day and per person. But are these expenses evenly distributed in the different arrondissements of Paris?
The USE-IT Paris map will invite young travellers to venture into new neighborhoods. This will therefore economically favor small businesses.
A strong network in Europe
USE-IT was born in 1971 (during the hippie era) as an information office for young travelers in Copenhagen. But it was only in 2005 that the first USE-IT map was published as we know it today. In 2008, the international organization "USE-IT Europe" was founded to help more young people create the guide map for their city.
Today, the network includes more than 40 cities in Europe and 33,000 fans on facebook.
